Each book is divided into chapters: definitions of the career, how to get a head start and land a job, industries that offer opportunities in each field, and the history of related concepts. Sample interview questions and advice on how to go about searching for jobs in each industry are included. Advanced concepts in this series make it ideal for grades five and up, but caregivers could guide younger readers through it, especially if they're enthusiastic about career possibilities in STEM. Many identities are represented, including a woman wearing a hijab while working in the book about welding. VERDICT There's something for every hopeful scientist, designer, or engineer in these books. Ideal for a large school or public library collection.
